Forest Acres Cleanup and Restoration

So i would like clarify my stars this is just for the personal young Men that came out to do work for me in my home Princeton & Marquis they was very respectfully and worked very hard and they took the time to explain what they was doing when i called guess what they committed and let me know if they was coming and when they didn’t show up i reached out and said no i am not on your job today As far as Servpro the company very bad communication skills left me for weeks without repairs i was never even offered well if you would like to pay out of pocket you are more then welcome too until we get with your insurance was a option would have been done but guess what i wasn’t offered that nothing being done and apart of it was my insurance company fault for a few weeks but once everything got cleared it they still didn’t treat us right as a customer. Chelsea Gordon seemed like she cared at first then after everything was said and done bad communication skills no return calls no redone quotes no emails i would of excepted anything with some type of form of communication even a text if you to busy to call.I had to call the main office to get someone to upload pics that was supposed to be sent in a portal not straight to a adjuster it was like i had to learn her job on my own to get it done that was so unfair. My kids was sick i was getting sick it was just horrible. The person Mr Peter that was over my case with my stuff being done he was nice in person but very bad communication and a lack of understanding i was told yes i will call you back and i will make sure your job gets taken care of well it didn’t. He dropped the ball on my family and I so many times instead of being upfront and honest about the situation he left my love ones and I in limbo so a lot of things was done on our own. This case has been a nightmare overall but as i said some of the people we met along the way was very very nice and willing to understand and see why we was upset and tried to make it better but the beginning and ending has been very off. My job is still not complete 6 weeks in but i am praying for some type of change. The new manager Bryan and it’s another one but i am not sure of his name sure he knows who he is have been very nice and tried to change a lot of things but it has been so far in for them it’s like it’s one thing after another but they are easy and they do get back in touch and the explain the way and that’s why i decided to give the stars for the people i would say not all of them but o well just saying my overall experience.

Charles and team were excellent. The communication the work healthy during the time that I was going through I would definitely recommend him to neighbors and friends if anyone who is going through a problem that means they help very knowledgeable with the products that he used and explained to me as he was on the wrong of what he was doing during the process of demolition.

Wonderful experience with the staff! Would definitely recommend and use them again!

ServePro has come out twice now due to flooding in our poolhouse area after the torrential downpours in Lexington the last several weeks. They are always very respectful and get to work immediately to get us dried out. Hopefully we do not need them any time soon but I know if we do they will be there right away and will take care of our issues.

Princeton and Pete are literally the best! They work so hard (especially in between emergency calls) I would HIGHLY recommend this company because of them and their crew! They took care of my house like it was their own after my house fire.

I was so nervous about having mold in my attic after an issue. Austin came right away because I explained about family members having illnesses that they couldn’t be around mold. I ended up not having an issue, but I’m so grateful to him understanding my fear and needs and being willing to help my family. Thank you for your kindness and understanding of my fears.
