Trai Collins and his team did a great job when a pipe leak damaged my basement. It took a few days and they left the place immaculate each day and were very careful to look for mold and other damage before finishing up. I highly recommend Trai.

Chris of Newport Servpro came to help us out with a flood in the basement, as per Chubb’s suggestion. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful towards all aspects of the cleanup, including next steps for mold prevention. When your house gets destroyed by a broken hot water pipe that ran for at least 2 days,a company like Servpro of Newport is a blessing. I was first contacted by Trai Collins a manager, his crew supported by Elias and Oscar handled moving our possessions into a POD then took care of our mold issues. We are far from ready to move in but at least we are ready to start the rebuilding process. Great work Servpro…..
