Trai Collins and his team did a great job when a pipe leak damaged my basement. It took a few days and they left the place immaculate each day and were very careful to look for mold and other damage before finishing up. I highly recommend Trai.

Chris of Newport Servpro came to help us out with a flood in the basement, as per Chubb’s suggestion. When your house gets destroyed by a broken hot water pipe that ran for at least 2 days,a company like Servpro of Newport is a blessing. I was first contacted by Trai Collins a manager, his crew supported by Elias and Oscar handled moving our possessions into a POD then took care of our mold issues. We are far from ready to move in but at least we are ready to start the rebuilding process. Great work Servpro…..
