I can't say enough about this SERVPRO location & employees! We were checking on a hospitalized relative's home. During the last cold snap, the furnace malfunctioned and water pipes burst overnight. It was a total loss! We called SERVPRO and they responded within a day. They walked thru the house with us, pointing out damage, and making suggestions on how to secure the house. Once the insurance inspection was complete, they started the complete gut of the house. They took care of everything from that point on: securing storage, cleaning & packing the entire house, removing everything down to the studs, treating for mold, making it totally ready for our relative's contractor. SERVPRO has a good reputation for service and the Adamstown Division is no exception. We had a sewage back-up because of root intrusion in the town's line. Our insurance agent assigned Adamstown ServePRO to remediate the damage caused by the 3 of sewage in our finished basement......it was a horrible mess! From initial contact to the final day of clean-up, every member of the team was courteous and understanding. they did a GREAT job!
