Water damage from a leaking valve caused extensive damage from our first floor into our finished basement and rec room. It damaged ceiling tiles and first floor underfloor. When we called SERVPRO , they offered to come out immediately. It was late so we said they could come in the morning as the damage was already done.
Alec Stoner, SERVPRO’s crew chief, arrived early the next morning. His work over the next 4 days was extremely professional, productive and caring. Alec was a pleasure to have in our home, and he took the stress out of the situation. Thank you Alec. You are an amazing asset to SERVPRO. Our first call will always be to SERVPRO.
Alec and Albert performed water abatement at my home over several day's. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure they didn’t miss any damage. I was especially impressed when Alec came to my home on Superbowl Sunday!!!!!
SERVPRO is currently dealing with my home after severe wind driven rain damage through the whole house. I originally had another company in my home who did not complete the work they were hired to do and left the damage sit for 3 months. Since switching to SERVPRO, they have treated the matter with urgency and excellent customer service. I will be recommending them to anyone who is in need of their services.
