We had some minor water damage and mold growth in our basement. It was nothing severe, but something that we wanted to address. (We had another company tell us it wasn't severe enough to worry about.) But, Kevin came out to our house with a moisture reader and a thermal camera and confirmed right away that we did have trapped moisture in our basement. Then, he sent a team to remove the flooring and affected drywall and clean and treat everything! Eric, especially, was prompt and polite and thorough! Water damage from a leaking valve caused extensive damage from our first floor into our finished basement and rec room. It damaged ceiling tiles and first floor underfloor. When we called SERVPRO , they offered to come out immediately. It was late so we said they could come in the morning as the damage was already done.
