I called them and within an hour their techs were at my house. They calmed me down (first) and then completely cleaned the disaster. It was a serious hazmat situation and their techs were cheerful and professional. They mitigated the situation within a few hours and left dehumidifiers, fans, and most importantly, air purifier machines running in my house for several days. I've been trying to find reliable contractors in Philly for a couple of years and finally found them. We ended up using SERVPRO for remediation, mold removal, and restoration, all while working through insurance. We originally called SERVPRO when we had water damage and were out of town. They came out immediately and set up fans to remediate the mold. Special shoutout to Lennon - he was fantastic and really thorough. In that process, we spotted mold when everything was exposed and Jeff immediately came out for an inspection and setting up mold remediation. Afterward, their team put together quick estimates and started on their restoration work. Steve was great and worked hand in hand with our insurance to get everything resolved, making sure that we were well represented. When they didn't have expertise, they recommended other local contractors, all of which have been great - reliable, on-time, and really thorough. This is an appreciation post... thank you to the team over there for making fixing up our old house a relatively painless process!

After dealing with an on going mold issue in my home. SERVPRO of Society Hill was able to come out locate the issue and remove the mold and keep it from returning! This was after I had tried another company who failed to keep the mold from returning.
After my hot water heater broke SERVPRO of Society Hill responded to my call immediately and had all the water out the same day. The basement floor was dried out within 2 days! All the employees were very informative and professional.

They have assisted with flood damage, water mitigation, fire clean-up, biological/hazard removal, and general labor assistance on one particular occasion.
