We had a water pressure pump blow in our finished basement late in the evening, spraying water over a large area before I discovered it and got the water shut off. Water had seeped into an adjacent room and hallway. Jose and his team member responded almost immediately, vacuumed the water, hand dried items as necessary, and placed equipment to quickly dry baseboard areas so that we did not have to demo/replace drywall. He returned twice to check moisture levels before removing equipment. He was cheerful, courteous, professional and reduced what would have been a stressful disaster to a mild inconvenience.

Very good service, on time and prompt resolved my water heater leak in my basement. They removed the wet floors and carpet, dried out the damage.
