We had a water pressure pump blow in our finished basement late in the evening, spraying water over a large area before I discovered it and got the water shut off. Water had seeped into an adjacent room and hallway. Jose and his team member responded almost immediately, vacuumed the water, hand dried items as necessary, and placed equipment to quickly dry baseboard areas so that we did not have to demo/replace drywall. He returned twice to check moisture levels before removing equipment. He was cheerful, courteous, professional and reduced what would have been a stressful disaster to a mild inconvenience.

I called them and within an hour their techs were at my house. They calmed me down (first) and then completely cleaned the disaster. It was a serious hazmat situation and their techs were cheerful and professional. They mitigated the situation within a few hours and left dehumidifiers, fans, and most importantly, air purifier machines running in my house for several days. They checked back at my house each day to inspect their mitigation, and they were GREAT! Highly recommend! They are a GREAT team to call during your homeowner’s despair. Don’t know what I’d have done without them.

Very good service, on time and prompt resolved my water heater leak in my basement. They removed the wet floors and carpet, dried out the damage.
