History of Saxton

The history of Saxton, Pennsylvania is a story that began with the first people who occupied this region of Pennsylvania. Before European settlers arrived in this area, Native Americans were cultivating the land. The land was known as Big Valley to the Indians and today it is known as Saxton Borough. Saxton, Pennsylvania was settled in 1757 by Edward Thomas Smith, who built a gristmill along the banks of Brigg's Creek and created a small settlement there. The town was named for Joseph Saxton, a prominent local landowner. The town was incorporated in 1876, but did not prosper due to economic hardship caused by the Panic of 1873.

I was put in contact with Serpro and a team (Josh, Austin and Brody) they were at my house within 2 hours on day 1. Day 2 was totally ripped out and all the damaged areas from the water leak repaired. Josh was super helpful and explained everything and what they were doing. Austin and Brody are super friendly, cleaned up everything, and are hard working. They knocked the project out. They even helped me look for something I lost during the chaos lol. Great guys I'd trust them in my place any time even though I hope I never have to have them over again lol.
