There was a pretty bad flood that went through my neighborhood and took a toll on our house. We hired SERVPRO to dry our floors and remediate the damage, and they did an incredible job!
Had some finished basement water damage due to Hurricane Ida. Was able to get on the list for SERVPRO to come in. They came to the house on Friday evening, got the wet carpet pulled up in no time, bagged it up, and had it outside for pick up. They helped move the furniture to get to the carpet and set up their blowers and dehumidifier to dry the room out. Chuck and his crew were great to deal with, friendly, and I'm sure exhausted, in all, totally A+++. Then, a crew showed up the next morning to pick up the bags of wet carpet and a ruined coffee table!! Highly recommend them!
