I called SERVPRO late on a weekday evening due to water backing up in my basement, they answered my call, and advised they would touch base first thing in the morning. They called me back first thing the next morning, and were at my house within an hour or so. Their guys started work right away, and they checked on my basement several times throughout the weekend to see how it was drying out. All in all, they did a great job and got rid of all of the water and damage that had been done. I would recommend them for any job like this!
