We had just bought brand new furniture the day before we hosted Christmas with our family at our new home. When it came time to clean up my basement the guys he had working for him went as far as bringing my porch furniture down from the porch just to help me out. I would wholeheartedly recommended them to anyone.

A water hose to the refrigerator leaked and ruined laminate wood flooring in 3 rooms. The Serve Pro team found damage that us/the homeowners and insurance inspector did not find where water went through the floor into the lower level. Greg and team worked seamlessly with our insurance. Remediation and dryers set us up soon-to-come flooring replacement. Fast. Thorough. Incredibly knowledgeable.
