They were very patient and answered all my questions and concerns as well. On Memorial Day we discovered that our water meter inside our home broke and water destroyed our newly remodeled family room. It was very stressful and upsetting; however, I feel very fortunate that we chose SERVPRO! Within 24 hours of choosing them, they arrived at our home and went to work. They removed the damaged flooring, hauled away the mess, conducted moisture readings and cut out the damaged drywall and trim etc, They set up numerous fans and a dehumidifier to dry everything out to prevent any future mold issues. They came back every day to check on things and take moisture level readings to ensure everything was indeed drying nicely. The owner Jeff even came out on a Sunday!
