I am renovating a building over 100 years old. The basement was "scary".
After visiting several times, Jeff made great recommendations.
The walls were scraped and painted (with a microbial and moisture barrier paint) along with all the metal poles. The nooks and crannies and floors were vacuumed to remove many years of "dust".
There was some mold remediation also.
His crew members were reliable, prompt and competent. They were very friendly and accommodating. Greg was fantastic.
