New Brighton Cleanup and Restoration

These guys did an excellent job redoing my master closet as a full master bathroom. Highly suggest calling them for any need. They are professional & a great team!

We had a water damage incident in our bathroom off of our master bedroom. After filing a claim with our homeowner’s insurance, ServPro was out to clean up the damage. We opted to use them for our rebuild as well. They handled the remodel of our bathroom, coordinating with various contractors to do the plumbing, and installation of new carpet throughout our entire upstairs. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and did great work. Hopefully we won’t need them again, but if we do, I would trust them to do the work.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ! We had an issue with mold growth in a basement. We called ServPro of Beaver County. They showed up quickly to help. They took samples of the suspected mold, promptly cleaned and treated the area. They brought in air scrubbers and dehumidifiers. They came back the next day to remove their equipment. The area was clean, dry and free of growth. They took post-treatment samples to make sure. Thank you ServPro for the quick response and excellent service !

06.30.2026: Restoration Completed Outstanding Service from SERVPRO Beaver County~ "Like it never even happened." We could not be more pleased with the exceptional work ethic of SERVPRO. From start to finish, each team was dependable, professional, incredibly thorough, paid attention to every detail, friendly, reassuring, and highly knowledgeable, helping us feel confident throughout the entire mitigation (Jacob, Chad, Drake, Alex) and restoration processes. This also applies to the finance department~ Linda was most accommodating in all aspects, providing exceptional customer service. Servpro addressed any concerns we had, kept us informed throughout the process, and often worked directly with our insurance company, making our stressful situation much easier to manage. Most impressive was observing Rob and Jacob during the restoration process. This duo team replaced the damaged drywall, painted it, installed new flooring, restored baseboards/ siding, painted the baseboards, then put furniture, etc. back to their original areas. Both were meticulous, always cleaning up after themselves, leaving the site neat and organized each day. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, our home was not only restored but improved, looking better than it did before the damage occurred. Though the entire project took longer than expected, it was worth the wait! Certainly, Jeff (Servpro's boss) hires the best! Definitely, we highly recommend Servpro for properties in need of cleaning and restoration.

I can’t rave enough about Andrew with Servpro and his excellent and hard working team . I had a disaster I had to deal with for a home that fell into very bad conditions. It needed Hazmat suits and all . I had the good fortune of falling into Andrew Krivens hands & he reassured me every step of the way , taking the burden from me . While the home owner was in the hospital, Andrew & his team got to hard work and brought the home back to brand new conditions. They are so organized & professional and are very compassionate. Top notch technicians. We had a water heater blow and didn't know it right away. We called Servpro and they showed up right away and began the drying out process. Chad and Austin have been working tirelessly to demo out the damage in our basement. They are friendly, professional and hard-working. I cannot say enough good things about them. I have never had an issue like this before and I would advise anyone if you have a leak call Servpro. This turned into a huge project and I will update this review as we go. I can only define her service as exemplary.
