Ebensburg Cleanup and Restoration

Very professional and excellent job from Victoria, Karin, Chuck and David of Servpro. I love the finish product. My basement never looked cleaner. Thank you for job well done.

We unfortunately experienced a leak from our second story shower into our kitchen on the first floor which caused extensive water damage. We had 2 young men assigned to our claim, Austin Williams and Brody Lang, who were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that was being done each day, along with their findings. They had alot to do and kept my home as tidy as possible in the process. They were even careful with my animals, making sure they did not get out the doors while they themselves were in and out. They were very courteous and personable, making a very stressful situation, easier. I then had a visit from Mike Hudak because there were some unusual findings due to the age of my home, and he too was wonderful, explaining the process of repairs and the function of the different teams that will also be involved. We are very impressed with this particular crew and how they handled the various issues and the communication with us! They are hard working and very professional young men! Will always recommend this servpro to people in need and will keep their card for any possible future problems as we trust them and their work ethics.

I am 81 and I recently had a water leak and a lot of damage. Never dealt with this before Austin and Brody did a awesome job getting my place torn apart and dried out for the reconstruction team to do their part. I was here for the whole process living in two rooms they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I will miss their smiles 😃 10 stars is not enough to give them. Update:Kyle and Derek came to clean the carpets and they were so friendly and efficient. They answered all the questions I had. No problems whatsoever! Your company should be so proud of Klye, Derrick, Joshua and Alex. They are certainly an asset to you. Very responsive. Less than an hour to arrive after I called. Joshua and Alex were super friendly, professional and efficient. Hard workers and never took a break! Very knowledgeable and answered every question I asked. I really hated to see them leave being this was their last day. I'm at a loss to have one negative thought about either one. It was a pleasure seeing them here each day!!

Chuck, Linda, Isa and Andy were fantastic! They did excellent job, were professional, friendly and respectful of the property. They worked hard and and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. Highly recommend this Servpro team!!!
