We had a toilet supply line burst above our family room and completely saturated everything on the first floor and the basement. Brian and Trevor came in made a quick assessment and went right to work. They got the water sucked up, removed all of the soaked drywall, insulation, carpet and padding.
They worked very fast and fairly clean considering the damage. They did put down floor covering and a containment in the affected area. Very happy with the work they did and would recommend them if you have the need.
Outstanding crew to work with all lead by Josh with great co workers. The team kept me informed of all they were doing and did a great cleanup job at the end. Compliments to SERVPRO of Ebensburg.
Chuck and his crew did a fantastic job of removing the 4 inches of drain backup that flooded our basement. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the process that would occur in our basement. He informed us at every step of the clean up. He also helped with the insurance process. I would recommend him to anyone with this type of issue. I would also use him again if needed.
I can't recommend SERVPRO of Ebensburg enough. We have used their services a few times over the years, and always have had a great experience. Most recently, our refrigerator leaked, causing damage to our newly refinished hardwood floor. The floor buckled due to the water leak and within a few short days, SERVPRO was able to bring the floor back to the way it was. Ben, Mike, and the rest of the crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and timely.

Water cleanup in basement. Every team member we met was courteous and easy to talk to. They were very kind and comfortable around our children as well. Gave fairly detailed estimate with room dimensions, etc. before beginning work and discussed all options for restoration of the space and how that would affect price. No pressure to oversell. They wore shoe covers in the house. Overall easy to work with and very professional.
