Servpro has come into my home and treated my home as if it was their home. They also assisted me with anything that I needed. They went as far as replacing a lamp that I thought that the workers might have broken by mistake and was very apologetic for it. Nick Romans many, Frank, Matt, and I don’t remember the names of the other workers that came into the home are so caring, empathetic, and professional. They have supported me throughout this entire ordeal and my home isn’t finished as of yet however I have no worries about the job being completed. All that I have requested they have provided. Servpro have become family to myself and my dog Chanel. Chanel loves them and they love her. I must say Nick, Eric Varnes, Frank, Matt and the rest of the team the 3 gentlemen that came in and cleaned and placed everything in boxes has helped me tremendously. It’s a traumatic thing when something happens to your only place of residence and you never had to use homeowners before and you don’t know what to do and they explain the process of everything. I am very grateful for ServPro and the team members that I have met. I thank God for placing them in my life during a very crucial time in my life and to know that they are still here gives me Peace and support. I highly Recommend ServPro not only for the great job that they do but for also the support and care that they bring to your home. I would highly recommend SERVPRO. I had a water leak the spread across 3 floors of our house. Alec from SERVPRO came out that day within a couple hours of my call. He was fantastic to work with and answered all my questions. Frank and Keith from mitigation got everything dried out promptly , while also keeping everything clean while doing the demo portion of the project. Everyone was extremely pleasant and very professional in my home. I will definitely use this company again, if the need arises.

I am writing a review on behalf of my mom, Paula Bauder, who lives in Reinholds. When she arrived home from her vacation on Feb. 11, 2026, she found most of her first floor had been flooded due to 2 burst pipes while she was gone. That same day Serv Pro was in to get the cleaning started. She has not had to worry about anything. To say she is impressed is an understatement. They worked diligently to get all of the damaged cabinets, furniture, flooring, etc removed and out of her way. She loves the big fans (they help her sleep 😴).
