Pleasant Hill is an unincorporated community in Lane County, Oregon. It is located eight miles from Creswell, between the Coast Fork of the Willamette River and the Middle Fork of the Willamette River. Over 5665 people live here. In 1846 a party of four immigrants came here to settle: Elijah Bristow, Eugene Skinner, Captain Felix Scott, and William Dodson. Eugene Skinner made his claim in what is now Eugene.
