Gleneden Beach located on the Oregon Coast five miles south of Lincoln City, just south of the Salishan Spa and Golf Resort, along U.S. Route 101 it is a unincorporated community of Lincoln City. It is known for its state park. As one of the little tucked in beaches along the Oregon coast it is great for beach combing. Oregon seas can be rough and the waves that hit the beach are no exception, be mindful of the ocean at all times. It is a nice little beach to take your dog walking and breath the fresh ocean breeze. Perfect place for a picnic. During the summer months is a hidden gem for families to visit. As you hike to the right along the beach, the horizon is dominated by the dark green cape of Cascade Head. Know local places to stay is Salishan Coastal Lodge. This lodge is nestled in the pine trees, giving you the ultimate beach forest reprieve.
