A toilet supply line ruptured in our home during a 4- day vacation.
It was estimated the water supply line pumped water into our bathroom and caused water damage to one third of our home. We called SERVPRO to come and extract the water followed by 2 weeks of mitigation to help dry out the effected areas. SERVPRO had staying issues which delayed the removal of our furniture. After reconstruction, SERVPRO's new crew returned our furniture and set everything up. The new crew consisted of 5 young men who were professional, respectful and efficient. We were very pleased with their efforts, which allowed us to easily unpack the boxes items which were all marked and located in the appropriate rooms, bathrooms and living spaces.

SERVPRO of Benton/Linn County started in June 2009 by Tim and Nick McGinnis. The McGinnis Family started SERVPRO of Benton County because they saw a need to help property owners after damage had happened to their homes. They have quickly grown acquiring SERVPRO Salem West/ SERVPRO Polk & Lincoln Counties/SERVPRO of Hillsboro & Forest Grove/ SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties. Now known as "SERVPRO TEAM MCGINNIS".
We specialize in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke, and water damage. Tim and Nick alone have over 50 years of experience combined in the restoration industry. Additionally, we have an in-house construction company, McGinnis Restoration and Construction.
Our Staff is highly trained in the property damaged restoration. They receive constant training from SERVPRO corporate. Our employees that work out in the field are IICRC certified and have taken their ECPTS.
