It’s comforting to know there are experts to call on when unexpected things come up, like water running down your ceiling fan or coming in from the basement drain—and sometimes more than water! Hannah Garland has been extremely responsive to questions I’ve had for her when my clients have had these issues, and the ServPro techs are always ready to go. I also enjoyed a Continuing Education class (for insurance agents) they held recently. In my field, it’s important to understand the kind of damage water, smoke and fire can do, to better guide clients. And it’s truly amazing to see the kind of restorative work that can be done after such a loss when technology, knowledge and skills are employed.
