A heavy storm caused roof damage at one of my properties. As a result of the that damage, water also got inside. After doing research I called Servpro because they could handle both of those issues. The crew that came to do the work were hardworking, professional, and polite. I recommend Servpro.

Isaiah, Sean, Omaunt, Easton and Josh, project manager, were the very best! This team got to work and were able to dry everything out on two different occasions within a week timeframe! It’s comforting to know there are experts to call on when unexpected things come up, like water running down your ceiling fan or coming in from the basement drain—and sometimes more than water! Hannah Garland has been extremely responsive to questions I’ve had for her when my clients have had these issues, and the ServPro techs are always ready to go. I also enjoyed a Continuing Education class (for insurance agents) they held recently. In my field, it’s important to understand the kind of damage water, smoke and fire can do, to better guide clients. And it’s truly amazing to see the kind of restorative work that can be done after such a loss when technology, knowledge and skills are employed.

Husband-and-wife duo, Julie and Tony Roberts, and their business partner Mike Parsons, acquired SERVPRO® of Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati in January 2023 but their franchise ownership journey began nearly two decades ago when they started SERVPRO of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Lincoln Counties in Kentucky. The trio were friends long before they were franchisees.

Tony and Mike grew up with each other and attended college together at University of Kentucky. The three of them grew such a passion for the SERVPRO industry that they decided to share it with each other. They now operate nearly a dozen franchises across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.

Julie and Tony Roberts, and Mike Parsons, were once named the 2017 Kentucky SERVPRO Franchise of the Year! With over 25 SERVPRO’s throughout Kentucky, this was an extreme honor.
