SERVPRO came out to one of the commercial buildings I manage, Ted was available for me within minutes to me showing up at the building to start the restoration process. Zubair was out within a week of the incident to provide a quote for repairs and got it to me within a few days following our appointment. I appreciate both of them being available and responsible in a timely manner
We were extremely relieved when SERVPRO came to help, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. We did need to wait a little bit, but that’s how repairs work when you have to coordinate insurance adjusters, contractors, laborers, AND your home is on the list of historical sites. I’m glad they took the time to find the right people for the job we had, and that our insurance company was able to approve everything on time. As much as I wanted things to “just be done”, I’m glad SERVPRO was there to keep me in the know, and ease my anxiety. Will recommend to anyone!
