Plainview Cleanup and Restoration

I had a very positive experience with Serv-Pro after a burst pipe caused flooding in my kitchen and basement laundry area. They were recommended for flood cleanup and were so responsive and professional that I chose to use them for repair and restoration of the flood damage. I was assigned Dave O. as my project manager - a very nice, unflappable guy who tracked expenses and kept the project within budget. He assembled a great team, including Dave K. the carpenter; Joe the flooring guy, Coco the painter, and more whose names I can’t remember. Everyone was reliable and very pleasant, and did a wonderful job. Dave K. went out of his way to make sure the replacement kitchen cabinets were an exact match to the ones damaged by the flood. The entire staff was professional, always cordial and responsive to my questions. Serv-Pro’s motto is “Like it never happened.” I am very happy to say that I have my house back and it looks terrific - just “like it never happened.”

Kevin, David, Juan, Vincente and the rest of the crew were extremely helpful in my flood mitigation and restoration work for my basement. I would strongly recommend anyone in need of services of this magnitude to go with Servpro. Thanks again!

I had water damage in my basement and Pete and his crew handled it and they were exceptional. Pete came to assess the situation within an hour of me calling ServPro, he had the plumber there shortly after to fix the issue, and he brought his crew to do some cleanup right away. The crew was then scheduled to begin the rest of the work the next business day. Throughout the process everyone always showed up on time and got everything done as scheduled. Pete was also very patient with any questions I had and gave good advice when needed. He was very knowledgeable about everything related to the issue I had and also communicated with my insurance to make sure that all the work was covered. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was a lot less stressful thanks to Pete and his crew.

They did an amazing job cleaning our work garage after a boiler issue that left soot covering everything. My only complaint is that they aren't here cleaning for us everyday! I mean it smells so good now i would have never even imagined it smelled the way it did before. Thanks to John and Eduardo for their specialty/care and dedication to making our work place smell and feel good again!
