He assembled a great team, including Dave K. the carpenter; Joe the flooring guy, Coco the painter, and more whose names I can’t remember. Everyone was reliable and very pleasant, and did a wonderful job. Dave K. went out of his way to make sure the replacement kitchen cabinets were an exact match to the ones damaged by the flood. The entire staff was professional, always cordial and responsive to my questions. I had water damage in my basement and Pete and his crew handled it and they were exceptional. Pete came to assess the situation within an hour of me calling ServPro, he had the plumber there shortly after to fix the issue, and he brought his crew to do some cleanup right away. The crew was then scheduled to begin the rest of the work the next business day. Throughout the process everyone always showed up on time and got everything done as scheduled. Pete was also very patient with any questions I had and gave good advice when needed. He was very knowledgeable about everything related to the issue I had and also communicated with my insurance to make sure that all the work was covered. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was a lot less stressful thanks to Pete and his crew.
