Joe, Russ, Mauricio did an excellent job demolishing my bathroom to fix my mold problem. They were very professional and knowledgeable explaining each process and communicating extra step of the way. I could not be more impressed with Servpro of Toms River! After a leak in my condo they leaped right into action and from the office staff (Jessica and Julie especially) to the field adjusters(John and Chris) to the gentlemen doing the actual work in my unit (Jerry and Mauricio) all top notch! Super knowledgeable and worked seamlessly with my insurance company to help make something as frustrating as a leak caused by a pipe breaking in my building impacting my condo. I recommend them without hesitation and thank them for being such an amazing help during a stressful time.

I recently discovered mold growing in certain areas of my home and discovered water leakage coming from behind my refrigerator. When asking others if they knew of a reputable business to handle the problem, Servpro was the only name that kept coming up by both family and friends. So, I felt pretty confident that I was making the right choice. And - I couldn't be more pleased that I did! The response to my initial call was immediate. I then received a detailed written explanation of what needed to be done along with the approximate cost (which I was very pleased with). Scheduling a date for the work to be done was so easy and fast. Four workers, led by Jerry, arrived punctually, and were very friendly and polite -very easy to talk to. Jerry initially went over what was to be done, answered every question in detail, and when in doubt about how I might feel about something, they were quick to make sure to double check with me. These men worked tirelessly, skillfully, and demonstrated a highly professional work ethic. When they left, they made sure that everything was cleaned up and, again, Jerry explained the next steps after the flooring dried with their very professional and powerful fans. It was a genuine pleasure to have them help me with my problem. To anyone who is hesitant - don't be. No need to look any further than this company. Highly impressed! Highly recommend them.
