I recently discovered mold growing in certain areas of my home and discovered water leakage coming from behind my refrigerator. When asking others if they knew of a reputable business to handle the problem, Servpro was the only name that kept coming up by both family and friends. I then received a detailed written explanation of what needed to be done along with the approximate cost (which I was very pleased with). Scheduling a date for the work to be done was so easy and fast. Four workers, led by Jerry, arrived punctually, and were very friendly and polite -very easy to talk to. Jerry initially went over what was to be done, answered every question in detail, and when in doubt about how I might feel about something, they were quick to make sure to double check with me. When they left, they made sure that everything was cleaned up and, again, Jerry explained the next steps after the flooring dried with their very professional and powerful fans.
