I must say that for having to have a problem fixed, this has by far been THEE best experience. My water heater rusted out from the bottom almost 2 1/2 weeks ago. ServPro was out the next day after the heater was fixed. They quickly assessed the problem & got to work. Everyone on the team was pleasant to talk to & answered all of my questions. We returned from vacation to a flooded basement. The water had been there for a few days and the whole house smelled terrible. Servpro came out immediately the next morning and got right to work within hours. By the end of the day, the house already smelled so much better! Definitely use again if needed. Last weekend, A sewage line was backed up and ended up flooding my basement.
