I would like to thank SERVPRO of Washington Woolwich for promptly responding to a water disaster that occurred in my rental property here in South Jersey. They were onsite within the hour. They pulled up the carpet and the padding. They then sprayed a "hospital grade" anti-microbial disinfectant. When they were done, they set up their large dehumidifiers and a number of air handlers in a very short period of time. Well, my water heater broke and flooded my finished basement. It was finished and looked great so you can imagine I was very upset. My insurance agent recommended SERVPRO, but not just any SERVPRO, she told me to call SERVPRO of Washington/Woolwich. So I went to their website and I decided to continue with them since their website was very informative... Nowadays I won't go with anyone unless I can read about them on their website, and they even had a few different social media with tips and facts. When they showed up they were all in uniform with a nice vehicle, they were very fast and careful. I was surprised by this. I had never heard of them before. Anyway, they got the cleanup all done in a couple hours and had all their equipment drying out my entire basement the same night. They even recommended a bunch of trusted contractors for me. Joe was the guy's name and he was so patient with me and my wife throughout the whole thing. Recommend every time.

My Franklinville home was hit by a snow last Saturday. A 40ft. tree that had died, fell under the weight of the snow and landed on my home, went through roof attic and landed in a bedroom and destroyed it. My sister’s children had come to visit the night before and that upstairs room is their playroom, very scary! I had water damage on four floors, dining room, kitchen and basement. My deck damaged, doors, windows, pool, shingles destroyed. The next day SERVPRO of Woolwich arrived. Mr. O’Donnell (owner) made my life so much easier. He was easy to talk to, organized, and his staff was caring. They worked quickly and caringly. No mess and always there during a most STRESSFUL time. My house was classified a disaster. What I was very comfortable with, was these eight men came and worked non-stop. A young lady was also with them and made the day a delight. She helped me and always had a gentle smile on her face. She attended the female role as a watched during this time of urgency. What a wonderful service that I had no knowledge about. Although there is still work to be done from different contractors, the team from SERVPRO has made this catastrophe less difficult to bear.

We went away on vacation and when we returned home, we discovered that our hot water heater had blown. We had no idea what to do or who to call. A good friend suggested we call SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford so we did. I am happy to report that they sent a crew right out to start cleaning up the mess. They spent hours sucking up the water and moving our furniture. Then they placed big dehumidifiers and air movers. They came back each day to check on the drying process. They took lots of pictures and helped us through the whole process. The basement has not looked this good in twenty years. I cannot begin to thank them enough for all they did for us. I would recommend SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford to anyone I know.

We had fire and smoke damage in our house.  Soot webs, smoke and fire char was everywhere in my house.  Some structure damage occurred.   I called SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford!   The following day they scheduled two (2) technicians to come out to clean and perform all of the services they had quoted me in the estimate.  They were there all day cleaning, restoring, and then reconstruction.
