Jackson Township is the largest town in Ocean County by far, which is just over 100 square miles in size and a portion is inside the Pine Barrons. We have approximately 58,500 year round residents and there is always something to do here. Six Flags Great Adventure and Safari and Hurricane Harbor is an enormous theme park with rides, games and shows. Kingda Ka and El Torro are just two of their many rollercoasters. We have plenty of campgrounds near the park if you are up for an adventure. Right down the road is the Jackson Outlets that offers many shops and a food court. Make sure to stop in at Clusters for the best and also some unique flavors of popcorn. Howling Woods Farm is a 501(c)(3) educational facility with the primary purpose of teaching visitors about the true nature of wolves and are located on a 10 acre pinewoods forest in the Pinelands National Reserve. Bunker Hill Bogs offers a diversity of habitats from open water and wetlands to upland forest and is a hot spot for birding in Jackson. Some birds live here year-round, while others are winter residents. In the spring and fall, many species pass through as they migrate to and from their summer and winter homes. The Jackson Chamber of Commerce is a great group of local businesses and residents who are enthusiastic about our community. The host the town’s annual Jackson Day which is held every October and a chamber golf outing every May. The town also holds an annual Wounded Warrior Parade and Escort in October that honors true heroes, Wounded Veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars, along with veterans from Vietnam, Korea, and World War II. Residents, organizations and clubs line up from the Justice Complex on West Veterans Highway to the Central Jersey Rifle and Pistol Club as a sign of honor and support.

I had a pretty big issue with a flood in my bathroom, bedroom and a few smaller rooms. Roland Miller and his partner Jim did a great job educating me on the process and then performing the required cleanup They put my mind at ease (as much as possible) given the circumstances. I recommend them highly.
We had a sizable amount of water damage due to a problem with our refrigerator. We notified SERVPRO of Jackson/Lacey on a Wednesday afternoon, and the crew arrived promptly the next morning. Roland and Marvey were wonderful as were the rest of the team. All work to be done was explained clearly and thoroughly. Everyone took the utmost care when moving our furniture and packing contents of the drawers. They made a stressful situation more tolerable. All workers were totally professional, yet extremely personable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors and would welcome Roland, Marvey and any of the crew back into my home without hesitation. When the job was finished, we felt as though we were saying goodbye to friends rather than workers! Such a great group of competent and respectful men.
