I had a pretty big issue with a flood in my bathroom, bedroom and a few smaller rooms. Roland Miller and his partner Jim did a great job educating me on the process and then performing the required cleanup They put my mind at ease (as much as possible) given the circumstances. I recommend them highly.
We had a sizable amount of water damage due to a problem with our refrigerator. We notified SERVPRO of Jackson/Lacey on a Wednesday afternoon, and the crew arrived promptly the next morning. Roland and Marvey were wonderful as were the rest of the team. All work to be done was explained clearly and thoroughly. Everyone took the utmost care when moving our furniture and packing contents of the drawers. They made a stressful situation more tolerable. All workers were totally professional, yet extremely personable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors and would welcome Roland, Marvey and any of the crew back into my home without hesitation. When the job was finished, we felt as though we were saying goodbye to friends rather than workers! Such a great group of competent and respectful men.
Having everyone involved in the restoration process in our home working tirelessly has been a pleasure. Chris was incredible, keeping us informed of each step required to complete the job and making sure all work was handled professionally and respectfully. I want to give a big shout out to SERVPRO of Jackson/Lacey! We woke up to a flood early Sunday morning in our first floor bathroom that leaked down into our basement. I called SERVPRO° at 6:30am and was immediately greeted by Shannon. She could hear the panic in my voice, but she quickly walked me through the process of turning of the water source and assuring me everything would be "Like it never happened". Within 2 hours, a team arrived to clean up! Did I mention this was a Sunday morning?? Jerry and Warner, the crew men, kept me calm while they assessed the flood and damages. They reassured me again and again that this was a simple clean up for them! Within 2 hours they had my home looking like it never happened! Over the next 4 days, Shannon and Julie called us daily to check on the status of the dryers/blowers and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Shannon was wonderful with helping us to navigate filing the claims with our home owners insurance company throughout this process. Jerry and Warner came everyday to check on the blowers and continued to monitor for any potential moisture buildup. Overall, SERVPRO° left our home dry and free from any potential water damage and mold. Thank you SERVPRO for saving the day!!!
