Over the next 4 days, Shannon and Julie called us daily to check on the status of the dryers/blowers and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Shannon was wonderful with helping us to navigate filing the claims with our home owners insurance company throughout this process. Jerry and Warner came everyday to check on the blowers and continued to monitor for any potential moisture buildup.
