My family had the unfortunate experience of a burst water pipe in our condo. Three quarters of our home was effected by the water damage. We were fortunate enough to catch the burst within minutes of the rupture and contain it. We immediately contacted our insurance and they sent servpro to clean and assess the damages. After water damage from our baseboard heat Servepro was outstanding in coming to the rescue.Steve & Mike Jarkowski along with Travis Maynard the construction project manager brought the best crews to our home to fix the damage & reconstruct the floor, walls & ceiling. This is the 3rd time I needed SERVPRO to solve a problem at our home. All 3 involved water in our basement. They came quickly to evaluate our problem. Next came their machines to dry out our basement while looking at all the molding to help it dry. Carpeting and some audio furniture were also taken care of in a professional manner. Brian and Nick supervised and took care of our water problems from beginning to end. They were also great at explaining the process to re-mediate our problem. 5 stars to both of those gentlemen!
