My family had the unfortunate experience of a burst water pipe in our condo. Three quarters of our home was effected by the water damage. This is the 3rd time I needed SERVPRO to solve a problem at our home. All 3 involved water in our basement. They came quickly to evaluate our problem. Next came their machines to dry out our basement while looking at all the molding to help it dry. Carpeting and some audio furniture were also taken care of in a professional manner. Brian and Nick supervised and took care of our water problems from beginning to end. They were also great at explaining the process to re-mediate our problem. 5 stars to both of those gentlemen!
