Technicians were great, very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained what he was doing throughout the process. We had not had our heating duct work cleaned and it really needed it. Really these guys were awesome and I would highly recommend SERVPRO

We got home to a flooded first floor (we live on a slab so this is our living area). Our insurance company contacted SERVPRO. They were here within the hour. Our first floor is fully carpeted. They began the water removal then the carpets. Dan and Amy came over on Sunday to begin the process then Ramon and Jeffrey spent the next 2 (extremely hot) days removing carpets, carpet pads, clean up, etc. They were professional, friendly, on time and handled the heat with no complaints. We hope we never have to use their services again; however, we DEFINITELY would call them if we need them.

Hello SERVPRO Lebanon, I'd appreciate it if you can help me get this feedback to the manager at your Lebanon NH location. I rang today to inquire about assistance for a water/mold damage spot we just noticed in our home. Thank you all (from the call answering service, to the troubleshooting/scheduling person, to our service provider, Ramón) for your incredibly fast and professional assistance--all same day, on a holiday weekend. Ramón's quick arrival, professional and kind demeanor, and clear assessment of the situation were very helpful. We sustained flooding from the ditch next to our house. It backed into our basement and we had approximately 6" of water in our basement! For nine years my husband and I were in the property & casualty insurance business in the Lakes Region of NH. So many times we would connect our clients with SERVPRO for mitigation of water/flood/fire damage but never for ourselves! This time was our turn to call upon the professionals, we definitely needed help! When I discovered the disaster looming in our basement, without hesitation I called SERVPRO! Matt returned the initial call (after hours) and said he would put together a quote for me with the information I had given him. The next day we confirmed, also that the water had receded! Hurray! I said let's move forward, we have no choice! The following day Ramon and TJ arrived and after signing a couple of documents to proceed, Ramon the Senior Rep provided me with information of all they were going to do and placed all the equipment indicated on the quote that Matt gave me. Ramon and TJ were extremely polite, professional, friendly and with such a positive attitude for all the situations that they find themselves dealing with each and every day, is refreshing and amazingly unbelievable! God bless them! 

Dear Sam and Crew------   As you know so well, having a fire is a traumatic event, even one as small as mine.---- But I hope you know that if that is your challenge, no one can help solve the wounds like SERVPRO, especially if you have Sam at the helm of a great crew.   Sam, you've been amazing.
