We sustained flooding from the ditch next to our house. It backed into our basement and we had approximately 6" of water in our basement! Matt returned the initial call (after hours) and said he would put together a quote for me with the information I had given him. The next day we confirmed, also that the water had receded! Hurray! I said let's move forward, we have no choice! The following day Ramon and TJ arrived and after signing a couple of documents to proceed, Ramon the Senior Rep provided me with information of all they were going to do and placed all the equipment indicated on the quote that Matt gave me. Ramon and TJ were extremely polite, professional, friendly and with such a positive attitude for all the situations that they find themselves dealing with each and every day, is refreshing and amazingly unbelievable!
