I want to take this opportunity to thank SERVPRO of Lebanon/Hanover/Littleton for the professional service provided to my mother resulting from her basement becoming flooded. The workers clearly knew what they were doing and were cognizant of the fact that my mother, who is 88 years old, was extremely concerned about the entire situation. I would recommend SERVPRO without hesitation.
We got home to a flooded first floor (we live on a slab so this is our living area). Our insurance company contacted SERVPRO. They were here within the hour. Our first floor is fully carpeted. They began the water removal then the carpets. Dan and Amy came over on Sunday to begin the process then Ramon and Jeffrey spent the next 2 (extremely hot) days removing carpets, carpet pads, clean up, etc. They were professional, friendly, on time and handled the heat with no complaints. We hope we never have to use their services again; however, we DEFINITELY would call them if we need them.
