In the Spring of 1887, the Omaha and North Platte Railroad began construction. Prague was selected as one of their stations. In the early years Prague experienced hard times like the grasshoppers in 1874, crop failure due to hot dry weather, the blizzard of 1888 and the hailstorm in 1895. Lathe and the team did a great job with my home. We just thought a nice deep spring cleaning was needed we have 3 kids and a dog so why not have a clean. We haven't had a cleaning like this in years so my wife and I thought it was necessary. They did a great job. Everyone was very nice and they got the job done in a good amount of time. They were very thorough with their cleaning and the equipment they used really impressed me. I'll definitely be calling them again when it is time for another clean.
Brian was absolutely amazing to work with. We came in under budget and are so happy to have the water damaged items removed after a storm caused a power outage which left our sump pump not working. They not only did an amazing job with their work but they gave me suggestions on who to talk to about the other issues we were having in our basement. Jesse and team did great work in removing the items and also explained everything. I hope we never need this service again but if we do, I wouldn't choose anyone else and know help is a phone call away.
My basement flooded earlier this month and I called SERVPRO to come and see what they can do. They were very quick to get to my house and inspect it. They got their team out the same day and started working on my basement. The finishing product was amazing. They did a great job and the people are so nice and caring. They made sure I as happy with what they were doing. I recommend SERVPRO they're great and they have great team.
Brian, Lathe, and the crew are amazing! I was worried I was going to have to tear up my whole basement, due to water damage, which was newly renovated. They did a great job of making sure that did not have to happen. They gave me a run down of the treatment process. My basement looked great after they were done. So, if anything happens again I'm going to give them a call.
Lathe has a terrific crew, who are very skilled, polite, punctual, and importantly very helpful. We had issues associated with the water leak in the basement. Despite it being New Year's Eve, Lathe’s team arrived immediately on our initial phone call and took care of the entire process. Chris and Kevin were on point in mitigating the issue at hand and we were very impressed to see how quickly and neatly the task was accomplished. Another of their colleague Trevor, also deserves kudos for following up for the next three days, followed by Lathe (owner) in person on the last day. We had a minor technical glitch with our microwave, but his team was very accommodating in sorting the issue out. This was very sweet of them. In summary, I am absolutely impressed with this crew and they are on my speed dial should any issues arise in the future. They are indeed the go to guys in case of a home related emergency.
