Brian, Lathe, and the crew are amazing! I was worried I was going to have to tear up my whole basement, due to water damage, which was newly renovated. They did a great job of making sure that did not have to happen. They gave me a run down of the treatment process. My basement looked great after they were done. My basement flooded earlier this month and I called SERVPRO to come and see what they can do. They were very quick to get to my house and inspect it. They got their team out the same day and started working on my basement. The finishing product was amazing. They did a great job and the people are so nice and caring. Lathe and the team did a great job with my home. We just thought a nice deep spring cleaning was needed we have 3 kids and a dog so why not have a clean. We haven't had a cleaning like this in years so my wife and I thought it was necessary. They did a great job. Everyone was very nice and they got the job done in a good amount of time. They were very thorough with their cleaning and the equipment they used really impressed me. I'll definitely be calling them again when it is time for another clean.

Brian was absolutely amazing to work with. We came in under budget and are so happy to have the water damaged items removed after a storm caused a power outage which left our sump pump not working. They not only did an amazing job with their work but they gave me suggestions on who to talk to about the other issues we were having in our basement. Jesse and team did great work in removing the items and also explained everything. I hope we never need this service again but if we do, I wouldn't choose anyone else and know help is a phone call away.
