I highly recommend working with Will Watson from SERVPRO of Southwest Raleigh. We had a backup in our plumbing that resulted in interior damage on two floors. Will Watson arrived the next morning and handled the job from start to finish. He was extremely detailed and did very clean work. We had just had a newborn, and they went above and beyond sealing off the damaged areas and removed all damaged material.
He also documented the entire process and communicated with my adjuster. Highly recommend.
