I had a deer jump through a window in my home causing a lot of damage. The deer was injured and was bleeding. Needless to say my house was a horrendous mess. I called ServPro of Southwest Raleigh and received a return call from Steve within the hour. Steve was very accommodating and sent Matthew a team leader to access the damage. Within a couple of hours they had a team on site for the cleanup process. Mike and Paul started around 7pm and did not leave until midnight. They got the blood and glass cleaned up so I could function in my home. They were fantastic and very concerned with my satisfaction. Matthew assisted with the cleanup and did a fabulous job documenting the before and after. On Monday Charlene came to clean my furniture and did an awesome job. Thomas and Ricky cleared the room of the furniture and to remove the remainder of the carpet and carpet pad.
