Jamestown Cleanup and Restoration

We had a water issue in the ceiling of our lower level. Serve pro came with fans and dehumidifiers and got everything dried up. In conjunction with our insurance company's authorization they removed the ceiling area that was affected and cleaned up the mess made by the water. They were very efficient and courteous and had the job completed in several days.

This company is 10/10 for service, professionalism, quality, and communication. We had a flood in our home while out of town and required three floors to remodeled. We were able to trust that our home was in good hands, our possessions were handled with care, and our expectations were exceeded. As a mom of three I could rest easy knowing that our home was going to be put back together and better than before. Insurance companies can be a headache but not with this company, they guided us every step of the way. We cannot recommend enough. These guys treated us like family and what more could you ask for.

ServPro came highly recommended to me from a friend who was a previous client. And I also was extremely satisfied with the work they did for my two room restoration from water leak damage. The thing I liked best was their attention to details and the quality of all the different aspects performed in the tear-down and remodeling. The ServPro estimaters and supervisors explained everything in detail, and checked on things to make sure the work was done as promised, and the painters and installers did excellent work, and did it with great care and on time.

We were very pleased with the service ServPro provided in demolition and restoration of our upstairs after an issue this year with ice dams. They went above and beyond in getting the work done and the supervisors (Troy and Dan) on the job put their own sweat equity into the bathroom restoration to get the job done in a timely manner. They kept us advised of the progress and issues that came about as part of the project. I would recommend their services.

We called Servpro after a water issue showed up after the ice storm. Tony made the whole process way easier. He communicated with insurance, coordinated all the work for painting and restoring. He made sure the painters were sent back after he not being fully satisfied with some of the painting. Highly recommend.

Our school had significant flooding due to a broken sprinkler head in February. Everyone from ServPro was professional, responsive, and kind.
