I had a clogged drain in my laundry room which overflowed and caused some water damage. We caught it early and the damage was minimal to the floor and the ceiling below. I called ServPro and they were quick to respond. They came out immediately and documented everything and the mitigation team was amazing. Ricky and his team were on it quickly and remained in constant communication about next steps. That is when it all stopped. I was told the job would be moved to reconstruction and Justin would be in contact with me. Nothin happened for a while. I received the insurance estimate and forwarded it to Justin and asked about next steps. I followed up 3 times via email and 5 phone calls in which Servpro said Justin would call me back soon. Still nothing happened. Finally Justin called, after 8 days, only to tell me he finally took a look at the job and it didn't meet the threshold for his group to take on. At no point did Servpro tell me this was even a possibility. He said it had nothing to do with profitability which was just an insult to my intelligence. Why else would you have a minimum threshold. I have been without a ceiling and laundry room for 3 weeks in total and not a single apology or update during about this. They had initial sketches and he could of, at any time, reviewed them and seen that their threshold was in jeopardy so I could prepare. Justin is one of the most incompetent employees I have ever come across. Completely indifferent to the situation and as we were discussing it he continued to give me excuses vs. solutions, never apologized, never explained a thing. Anyone looking to hire Servpro should be aware of his lack of respect, understanding, and concern. He acted as if it was normal to call a company agree to hire them complete 100% of the job only to be told half way through, sorry about your bad luck. Servpro should fire that clown immediately. Beware only hire the mitigation side. I was prepared to give 5 stars but Justin ruined the entire experience. What a worthless employee and I feel bad for the litigation nightmare that is likely headed its way with an employee like Justin Collins UPDATE!!!! I was advised by the ServPro team that the employee in question was let go so I am happy to update my review knowing that they took my concerns seriously. It's nice to see a company actually respond to the consumers.
One of our medical office buildings had a hot water heater malfunction on the 2nd floor in the early AM hours. Servpro South Raleigh was on the job within a couple of hours. Servpro handled the mitigation, and demolition with expediency and unparalleled service. Derrick, Dylan, Kelly and Chris were exceptional to work with. Communication was wonderful. Will definitely call again.

I had a deer jump through a window in my home causing a lot of damage. The deer was injured and was bleeding. Needless to say my house was a horrendous mess. I called ServPro of Southwest Raleigh and received a return call from Steve within the hour. Steve was very accommodating and sent Matthew a team leader to access the damage. Within a couple of hours they had a team on site for the cleanup process. Mike and Paul started around 7pm and did not leave until midnight. They got the blood and glass cleaned up so I could function in my home. They were fantastic and very concerned with my satisfaction. Matthew assisted with the cleanup and did a fabulous job documenting the before and after. On Monday Charlene came to clean my furniture and did an awesome job. Thomas and Ricky cleared the room of the furniture and to remove the remainder of the carpet and carpet pad. They did a great job and were kind enough to move my furniture back into the house from the garage where Charlene had clean the furniture. I would highly recommend Servpro of Southwest Raleigh. Matt Furry and his team were onsite at our house very quickly after we contacted ServePro after our washing machine flooded. Throughout the process they were courteous, respectful, and always pleasant to be around. They showed up on time each day and took care of things exactly when they told us they would. I would recommend ServePro and this team to anyone in need of this type of service.
I just had Garry, Mike, and Paul come to clean my ducts and dryer vent and they did a phenomenal job! All 3 of them were professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and Servpro if you're looking to get your ducts cleaned!

I recently dealt with a major water damage situation, and I cannot recommend the team at Servpro enough. Kelly, Nick, Justin, and Derrick (and their entire crew) were absolute professionals from start to finish. They were incredibly effective at mitigating the damage and—more importantly for my peace of mind—took the time to explain the process clearly so I wasn't left in the dark. They were consistently professional, courteous, and always available whenever I had a random question or concern. In the middle of a high-stress disaster, they managed to make this part of the journey feel a lot less heavy. While I would hire this specific Servpro team again in a heartbeat, I sincerely hope to never see their faces at my front door ever again!
We had a 5 gallon bucket of paint spring a leak in our garage. It was a shock when my wife found it. I had always seen ServePro advertised so I knew this problem was something I couldn’t handle. I immediately called ServePro of Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs and described my problem. They scheduled a cleanup right away. Their work was excellent. I give them a 10 out of 10.
