Connelly Springs Cleanup and Restoration

On Sept 3rd 2025 at 2am we had a terrible house fire. We lost half of our belongings and our house had to be gutted from foundation up. ServPro came in ready Monday at 7 rocking and rolling ready to go. These ladies worked nonstop. Hard as a crew of men, excuse me, HARDER then the crew who rebuilt our house. Lol. Amazing, caring, kind, supportive and more. The head lady, Kaitlyn, over Packing at ServPro and her team, Jeslin & Araceli busted butt! Throwing away items damaged, packing item possibly salvagable and comforting us, making us laugh, showing kindness and professionalism all in one. We couldn't have done this without their awesome help. The special cleaning crew Ana, Maribel, Ingrid, Dania professionaly cleaned our clothes, shoes, books, picture frames to my China and dinner set and silverware. Unbelievable! We had nothing but the clothes on our backs when we left our home at 4am that early morning. Our State State Farm Adjuster & Tammy Gragg got ahold of our agent who gave us Emerg.money to buy clothes, food, medications. This amazing Business needs to be recognized in Lenoir News, given an Award for Esteemed Service for such an amazing job they do for the citizens in our Community and ALL over. We couldn't have been more BLESSED with such a great group of hard wrking women. Tammy Gragg, be Proud of your team!

Alan West and his entire team are top notch h providers. I’ve been in student housing over five years and they are by far the best cleaning team in the industry. NOT one to back after 200 cleans! Perfection!

Alex and TJ are an all star team. I came home on a Friday after a 3 day business trip to an inch of standing water in my basement. I shut off the pump and hwh. Opened an insurance claim and they came out on Friday night 9pm until midnight and got me stable. They had the BEST attitudes and work ethic. Just salt of the earth guys. If I had 10 employees like them 90% of my issues would disappear.

William and Richard did an Excellent job w repairs needed after plumbing leaks were fixed. They communicated their schedule to us which helped. They were friendly, and extra helpful at the end of the project. We would recomend them highly!

Very professional Provided some throws for furniture. Explained everything. Even though my community had blocked roads because of construction they found time to come in a timely manner.

We had to call Servpro when we discovered water coming out of our ceiling downstairs. Jeremy Conaster and his team were amazing. They explained the steps that would be taken and explained any of their findings throughout the investigating phase. We HIGHLY recommend this company. Everyone was so kind from the first phone call when I was a little panicky.
