He checked in daily to check on the status on the drying process & today, 5 days later, we had dry walls! YAY! So I meet next week with the adjustor & SERVPRO's adjuster, to start as I call, "Phase 2" of this process...putting my home back together again! But if the contractors that come into my home are anything like David, I'll be a VERY happy customer! I am a single mother to 3 children, so I am very funny about who I let into my home. I felt safe with David in my home & around my children, like I didn't need to stand over him & watch him. He was respectful of my home, and very accommodating to my hectic crazy schedule! Cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and service I received from SERVPRO of Catawba County. We had a water leak from our ice maker. Every step of their service from restoration to repair to clean up was fantastic. We had sub floor repairs, hardwood floor repair/ refinishing, dry wall, paint and more. Their cleaning crew was amazing and my house has never been so clean! All the contractors they supplied were excellent. They even worked out payment details with our insurance company. The attention to detail at every step was amazing. SERVPRO scheduled everything with special attention to making it work with my schedule. The teamwork they provided was outstanding in everyway. When my washer was leaking in my laundry room and the warm dryer air mixed with it the mold took over a small area of my wall. Well I thought it would be just a quick and simple fix but a week after trying to clean it myself. Turns out it was more than I could handle. Thanks SERVPRO for getting it done for me.
After having recurrent mold issues with both our front and screened back porch for several years, we called SERVPRO. To begin with, we were impressed with the detailed abatement estimate. The work crew was professional and Michael answered all our questions. He was thorough and explained the process every step of the way. After the mold abatement, the final step was to apply 2 coats of Enviroshield to the ceilings. The work crew covered the porch decks and all surrounding areas with plastic sheeting for protection. It looks great and we couldn't be more pleased.

Our Story
Hi, we’re Kim and Randy Williams, the proud owners of SERVPRO of Alexander, Caldwell, Burke and Catawba Counties.
After years in the restoration and cleanup industry, we decided to start our own SERVPRO franchise, which we incorporated in January 2009, just after the recession hit. While it was a slow start, we took every job and treated our customers with empathy and respect. Today, we have over 70 employees and operate four franchises that serve the entire Unifour region, including Lenoir, NC; Morganton, NC; Hickory, NC; Newton, NC; and Conover, NC. Our employees take to the streets 24/7/365 to meet the disaster restoration needs of our customers. We are here to help and make any size disaster “Like it never even happened.”

Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to our communities with a 98% satisfaction rate from surveys conducted with our customers. Our local services include, but are not limited to: commercial and residential fire, smoke and soot damage, water restoration, mold mitigation and remediation, biohazard cleanup, deodorizing and much more.
In the last few years, we have performed fire damage cleanup and restoration and/or water damage mitigation for Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, Bethlehem Baptist Church, Valley Hills Mall, South Park Mall in Charlotte, Hildebran town hall and Bernhardt Furniture in Lenoir.
We are also certified as an LLRT (large loss restoration team) through SERVPRO corporate and have deployed teams to disasters such as Superstorm Sandy, the floods of Chicago and the devastation of our east coast by Hurricane Florence.
We are a preferred vendor for large insurance companies and participate by invitation in structured vendor programs and contracts.
Our State-of-the-Art Equipment
We operate an on-site textile cleaning facility and warehouse for recovering damaged items from fire and smoke damage. The cleaning room has commercial washers, dryers and an Esporta cleaning system (capable or restoring over 85% of items previously considered non-restorable).
We also have ultrasonic equipment, an ozone room and a heated drying chamber to properly dry materials. The ultrasonic machines allow us to clean items that previously would have been claimed unsalvageable!
Community Involvement
We serve our community beyond our cleanup and restoration services; we encourage our employees to become involved in community activities and groups. We are active participants in community events such as the NC Fire and Safety Bowl competition, local festivals and parades. We support and participate in local causes that benefit schools, first responders and charitable community organizations.
We also strive to educate our clients and customers through CE classes offered quarterly at no cost, as well as “lunch and learns” periodically to increase knowledge of services offered.
