Chocowinity Cleanup and Restoration

It is a pleasure for me to recommend Mason, Justin and all of the professionals at Servepro in Washington, NC. A faucet in a house that I own failed and the result was a totally flooded kitchen. Thankfully, Servepro in Washington was recommended to me to take the lead in the cleanup. Once contacted, Mason and Justin immediately assessed the situation and gave me an overview of what they would do and how they would handle the cleanup and demolition of the kitchen in order to prepare for reconstruction. They took control of the situation, installed large fans and de-humidifiers, removed a layer of flooring and would return daily to check the moisture readings. In addition to the water damage that had occured, they discovered that we had some asbestos flooring that would need to come out which would require special abatement. They handled the whole thing reliably and professionally. After asbestos abatement, they proceeded to finish the demo on the kitchen. They took care to pack up personal belongings of the tenants and move all appliances out of the kitchen. We still have alot of work to do to get the kitchen back in shape, but for the part that Servepro took care of, I could not have asked for any better help. My thanks to Mason and the crew for helping so much with a bad situation! They took great care, did everything they said they would do and when they said they would do it, stayed in constant contact with me, and were total professionals every step of the way!! If you have a disaster, call them....you will be glad you did!!

If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would have. I had a relative who had a fire and passed. I contacted Servpro and spoke with Mason. He came out to the property on short notice, surveyed the damage, also had a tarp placed on the roof to prevent additional damage to start, prior to remediation. I later experienced an issue during the restoration process, where someone unauthorized were attempting to enter the home in the off hours, Mason & Brent addressed the issue literally immediately and took preventive measures so it would not reoccur. The remediation process was quick and swift. They worked very well with the insurance company. It's not often I write positive reviews. I've had my share of bad experiences in the past. But not with Mason/Brent of Servpro. Very professional, understanding, compassionate (with the loss of my relative), helpful in explaining their process, they kept me updated on the progress and if any issues or delays, this is just to name a few. Mason has gone over and beyond his responsibilities, to keep my mind at ease that the property is secure. I could not have asked for a better team from Servpro to assist in correcting the various issues I was faced with the home, post fire. Keep up the great work guys ! ! !

We had a chimney fire on December 30, 2025 at our home in Bath, NC. Serv Pro of Washington handled the cleanup and repair. They went above and beyond to make our home like it was. They did an excellent job and are very knowledgeable and skilled. The owner and staff are very nice and responsive. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

I didn't actually have to use ServPro's services, but pulled into their parking lot around 5:00 with a flat tire. There were a few people in the parking lot wrapping up their day and they assisted me with changing the tire and getting me on my way. They went out of their way to help me and it was greatly appreciated. If I ever need their services I will be calling them to help.

Mason inspected our roof and attic for a leak in the ceiling. He was prompt and very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the cause of the leak. Highly recommend A++

SERVPRO - it was literally like dialing 911 and having an emergency response team rush to the scene! We had a water heater rupture and flood several rooms of our home while we were away. I called SERVPRO of Bath at4:30pm Monday night and they were at my house with in 60 minutes ! Amazing - and my house is in Williamston - approx 25 minutes away. They immediately assessed the damage, set up fans, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers. The next morning they were there early and began tearing out the damaged areas of the home. They were done and gone by Thursday morning. Notable guys were Aaron, Jeff, and Brennan. They were super polite and worked non-stop the whole time they were there. I Have worked with another "remediation company" in the Williamston area in the past - Rainbow International - and they could not hold a candle to SERVPRO. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Bath to anyone that has the misfortune of a home situation that requires immediate remediation.
