Very professional, they responded within a couple hours of the call and started the demolition and cleanup process for water damage on first floor and basement. Had all demolition done within 2 days. We have had 2 major water damage events a year apart. SERVPRO of Missoula responded to both emergencies immediately! We live in a modular home and they were very knowledgeable and rebuilt walls and fixtures better than new. Their equipment dried everything out quickly and the staff was very conscientious about our belongings. I cannot say enough good about them.
I used SERVPRO awhile back due to snow that melted into my in-laws house basement. It only took two rings for the answering service to answer and within 2 hours the basement was under full service drying and cutting drywall. Without at doubt unbeatable costumer service. The crew was amazing during the process and answered all my questions. Recommend completely!!!!!
