I used SERVPRO awhile back due to snow that melted into my in-laws house basement. It only took two rings for the answering service to answer and within 2 hours the basement was under full service drying and cutting drywall. Without at doubt unbeatable costumer service. Very professional, they responded within a couple hours of the call and started the demolition and cleanup process for water damage on first floor and basement. Had all demolition done within 2 days. Equipment was set up the first day to start evaporating the water and drying surfaces out. Would recommend them to anyone who needs restoration services.
