Missoula Cleanup and Restoration

We have had 2 major water damage events a year apart. SERVPRO of Missoula responded to both emergencies immediately! We live in a modular home and they were very knowledgeable and rebuilt walls and fixtures better than new. Their equipment dried everything out quickly and the staff was very conscientious about our belongings. I cannot say enough good about them.

Unfortunately we had called the competitor first but they treated us very unfair...so we called SERVPRO and were very happy with how kind and concerned they were....Chad's entire crew was super nice and helpful!! Hopefully we never need you guys again:) but if we do we are calling you guys immediately!!

SERVPRO is the best! We have used their services twice in the last couple of years and each time our experience has been nothing but positive. Their staff is professional, friendly and respectful. Each time they went above and beyond the required work that needed to be done. The work was done accurately, and timely. Now we are selling our home and once again SERVPRO is being asked to provide documentation of the job they did for us. From the office staff to the manager, they have been timely and willing to provide the information needed. Couldn't ask for a better company to hire for restoration repairs.

Kevin and the SERVPRO team fixed our issues promptly and professionally. This was the first time I've used a service like this and I had a lot of questions about the process and insurance aspects of things. Kevin was very helpful and patient in his explanations. The work they performed was excellent. They live up to the tag line "Like it never even happened."
