Your team was AWESOME. This was a rocky start at the beginning thanks to another contractor who completely dropped the ball and simply quit communicating. So I looked up another company and found SERVPRO. Kevin was all over this from the start- calling me back within the hour of my first call, working with us throughout the process of dealing with insurance. Came home on a Sunday night to find my upstairs neighbor/tenant had their washing machine malfunction and flood my unit. A friendly SERVPRO representative came over within the hour and walked me through the paperwork and began remediation. Long story short, what would have been a disaster ended up better than before.
Very professional, they responded within a couple hours of the call and started the demolition and cleanup process for water damage on first floor and basement. Had all demolition done within 2 days. Equipment was set up the first day to start evaporating the water and drying surfaces out. Would recommend them to anyone who needs restoration services.
